My first idea is of course the competition, so I will visit as many boutiques as I can around London and the South East to get ideas from successful local boutiques. I can also use their weaknesses to improve the ones that I am working on. After visiting a lot of boutiques around my area and spoken with a number of people, I decided to choose the Strawberry boutique and Hourglass boutique.
