I have gathered a lot of useful information on my visits to the boutiques. I am now starting to compile the first part of my sketchbook—Competition Analysis—by creating pages of photos and analysis for each boutique. I have spoken with the management/staff in each shop and will use their information in this section as well. For all of my sketchbooks I am using Photoshop for a more professional look and to show how I would compile my research for my clients in a real-life situation. After this section, I will start on my next area of research: Retail Trends 2011.
